Bertola Oriana Melisa Montenegro María Victoria Suarez Carolina del Mar Citation Based on APA Style  Writing academically requires special attention to its structure, appropriate linguistic register and the use of suitable in-text citations, and references. The latter refers to some information about the sources used in the text and they should be written in a separate page. Whereas in- text citations are inserted in the text and include the source and the main idea from an author. In order to avoid plagiarism, writers should bear in mind the American Psychological Association (APA). This documentation style is used for research in the science field and it provides the author’s credibility. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the article  Beyond Reflection: Teacher Learning as Praxis , written by Hoffman-Kipp et al. (2003), following the latest version of APA (2020) style. Baez Pamela Bertola Oriana Melisa Cisneros Valeria de los Ángeles Montenegro María Victoria Suarez Carolina del Mar   How Genres Shape Discourse Communities John Flowerdew (1993) proposed a program named  English for Professional Communication (EPC) to encourage learners to develop abilities in different areas of possible professional activity. Moreover, the writer proposes activity types such as using and producing genre analysis, metacommunication, concordancing, and translation of a given genre. On the one hand, the first three examples involve production, where students can analyze, compare and discuss, and the emphasis is on the techniques. On the other hand, the last activity mentioned is close to plagiarism if the teacher or instructor ask students to translate without any kind of guidance to check the learners' productions.  The reason is because students tend to follow the internet's examples as models. Baez Pamela Bertola Oriana Melisa Cisneros Valeria de los Ángeles Montenegro María Victoria Suarez Carolina del Mar Bullying: Taking Action Against This Intentionally Behaviour   Working with young learners could sometimes be a hard task.   The story took place at a primary school where one of the learners found difficulties when working in small groups. About me

I am Oriana Bertola, I am twenty-nine years old and I am from BA. I am married to Rodrigo and we have Bautista who is our almost-two-year boy. I graduated at Colegio Ward and I've been teaching English for nine years. At first, I delivered classes at home helping my sister's classmates pass the subject in December or March. In 2015 I started working at a school, where I still work, and learned much about childhood as well as how they want to learn. I'm currently working as a private teacher too, helping two students to learn the language either because they love it or they need to pass the subject. I started the Licenciatura because I wanted to expand my horizons in the teaching world, to keep updated and to get involved in the Academic level. My objective is to upgrade my writing, which is not one of the best things I do, and to break this barrier that stops me and makes me avoid writing.
